Services and building maintenance
GBM Gebäudemanagement GmbH Offenbach is responsible for the structural, technical, infrastructural and commercial facility management of around 100 properties owned by the City of Offenbach in its Geschäftsfeld Immobilien division.
This includes all of the city's schools and daycare centers, nine youth centers, six senior citizens' centers and 17 administrative buildings. GBM is also responsible for playground inspections in the city and repairs a total of 272 playgrounds, 90 of which are public facilities, 18 at daycare centers and 26 at schools in the city. GBM also looks after Offenbach's 19 sports facilities.
What tasks does GBM perform?
The tasks relating to the properties include the following areas
- Facility management
- Building cleaning
- Maintenance of green spaces and outdoor facilities including winter services
- Services such as caretaking, groundskeeping and messenger services
- Security services
- Warranty and energy management
- Media supply
- Service charge billing
- Maintenance (including repair of all structural and technical facilities)
