Maintenance of buildings and properties
GBM is responsible for the building maintenance and upkeep of almost all buildings and properties belonging to the municipal group.
With qualified property management, GBM also ensures that the buildings it manages are cleaned hygienically. GBM successfully completed a Europe-wide tender for these cleaning services in municipal properties at the end of 2014.
