The new An den Eichen residential quarter is being developed and marketed by Offenbacher Projektentwicklungsgesellschaft mbH (OPG - link to "About OPG" - see text below) on behalf of the City of Offenbach. OPG is a subsidiary of Stadtwerke Offenbach Holding GmbH (SOH) and is part of the Geschäftsfeld Immobilien division.
