City of Offenbach

Ideal location of the area

The An den Eichen residential area is located in the east of Offenbach and borders on the districts of Waldheim, Bieber and Bürgel. Families with children in particular will find the best conditions for living and playing in An den Eichen. Offenbach is also very well connected to local and long-distance public transport with four highway connections and several S-Bahn stations.

You will find everything you need in the neighboring districts: supermarkets and service providers, doctors and pharmacies. Mühlheimer Strasse and the directly adjacent Mühlheim urban area offer a variety of shopping facilities. This means that the development area is perfectly connected to the neighboring infrastructure.

There are many good restaurants and cafés in Offenbach's city center.

Offenbach city center is just a few minutes away by car. There are many different stores in the main shopping street, Frankfurter Straße. KOMM-Einkaufscenter, which also offers many shopping opportunities, opened directly on the pedestrian zone in the fall of 2009.

The Offenbach weekly market on Wilhelmsplatz in Offenbach's city center is very popular and well known beyond the city limits. On Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays, traders offer fresh and regional fruit and vegetables here. But delicatessen, fresh fish and fresh meat as well as baked goods and flowers also make customers' hearts beat faster. The weekly market is quick and easy to reach.
