OPG Offenbacher Projektentwicklungsgesellschaft mbH is responsible for site development. It helps to change Offenbach's cityscape in a positive and forward-looking way. It implements strategically important projects competently and reliably on behalf of the city.
With its services, which cover the entire spectrum from the initial project idea for a property or real estate to the completion of construction, including handover to the user or operator, OPG supports Offenbach's transformation from an industrial city to a modern creative and business location.
OPG's areas of responsibility are diverse. Current projects include the development of the Innovation Campus and the port area as well as the marketing of the "An den Eichen" development area, which has now been completed.
