Lots of cabaret & comedy at the Capitol Theater

15.06.2022 – The Capitol Theater in Offenbach is offering funny, inspiring and insightful moments in the coming weeks: Renowned cabaret artists and comedians will be making up for their performances in Offenbach that were postponed due to the pandemic.

Gerd Knebel and Henni Nachtsheim present "Kaksi Dudes" at the Capitol Theater on July 8 and 9.

Frank-Markus Barwasser, alias Erwin Pelzig, presented his new program "Der wunde Punkt" on26 June. It was about Homo Sapiens - a basically instinct-driven ape that has nothing under control. Hasn't the coronavirus crisis just proved once again that humans are overconfident?

The legendary duo Badesalz are coming to the Capitol Theater for two evenings - and yet there are only a few tickets left for the performances on Friday and Saturday, 8 and 9 July 2022. The two guys have actually been avoiding each other for many years - since their school days to be precise - and not without reason. Now a legacy is forcing the two of them to get back in touch... In their new live program "Kaksi Dudes" (Finnish for "two buddies"), the comedy duo Badesalz is taking off again: weird, funny and, of course, Hessian.

Even after the summer break, the Capitol Theater is bringing a lot of cabaret to Offenbach: the programmatic question "Do you know this woman" by Hazel Brugger is already answered by the fact that the evening with the stand-up comedian and slam poet from Switzerland on 29 August has long been sold out. The only thing left to do is wait for Gerhard Dudenhöfer on 5 November 2022: Under the title "DEJA VU" and the motto "Back to Becker", the original Heinz presents the best of 30 years of universal petty bourgeois programs. Enough with funny? Not with him!

Tickets for the events at the Capitol Theater, Goethestraße 1-5 in Offenbach are available at the OF Infocenter, Salzgässchen 1, via www.frankfurtticket.de and at all known advance booking offices.
