Information for Visitors

The Capitol is centrally located in the Rhine-Main area and is therefore very well connected:

• Centrally located in Offenbach, you can reach the S-Bahn stops Marktplatz and Ledermuseum in just a few minutes on foot.
• The highway connection (A661) is only 1.5 km away.
• Frankfurt Central Station is 8 km away by car and 14 minutes by S-Bahn.
• The Frankfurt Trade Fair is 8 km away.
• The airport is 18 km away and takes 26 minutes by S-Bahn.
• The city center of Frankfurt can be reached by S-Bahn in 9 minutes.
• A public parking lot on the Main can be reached on foot in 3 minutes.
• The Theater/Messe bus stop is right outside the door.

We offer small snacks and drinks in the Capitol. You are not allowed to bring your own drinks. Jackets can be handed in at the checkroom for € 2.00

Tickets for events are available from public advance booking offices or the organizer, and also at the box office subject to availability. Tickets cannot be purchased or reserved via the Capitol. The events announced on our website also contain information on where tickets can be purchased.

The Capitol is barrier-free on the first floor. However, the level directly in front of the stage is only accessible via stairs. There is a disabled toilet to the right of the large bar in the atrium. A parking lot for wheelchair users is located directly next to the main entrance. At unseated concerts, wheelchair users with an accompanying person are directed to an area that is only available to you and people with a disabled pass.

If your pass contains a B, a ticket for an accompanying person is usually included free of charge. This may vary depending on the organizer.

Compliance with these rules plays a decisive role in ensuring the safety and well-being of all visitors.

Smoking is prohibited in the Capitol.

The box office is manned by the organizer. Reserved tickets are available there, or tickets can be purchased at short notice. It is not possible to reserve tickets via the Capitol. If concerts are sold out, no more tickets are available at the box office.

As a rule, the house opens one hour before the start of the event. Those collecting tickets may only enter the Capitol with a ticket.

Professional cameras may not be taken into the building without the organizer's permission. Please hand in your camera to security. Small pocket cameras and cell phones are permitted, but image and sound recordings are generally prohibited.

For safety reasons, you are not permitted to bring your own chairs or seating.

Admission of children and young people is generally governed by the Youth Protection Act. Depending on the duration or content of the concert, the organizer is responsible for making separate admission arrangements. In principle, young people aged 14 and over may attend concerts alone, but only if accompanied by a parent or guardian. If no parent or guardian accompanies you, you can take a signed parental authorization with you. The parent or guardian must have reached the age of 18. Young people aged 16 and over may attend concerts without a "parent's note".

Lost property will be kept in the event office for a maximum of three months. If you are missing something, please contact the Capitol office immediately. The Capitol is not liable for lost valuables.
