The investor belongs to the internationally active Heberger Group, headquartered in Schifferstadt, Palatinate, and has acquired around 10,100 square meters of the approximately 12,100 square meter construction site from OPG sister company Mainviertel Offenbach GmbH & Co KG. According to the plans of Mannheim-based Fischer Architekten GmbH, which also designed the "Hafengold" residential buildings of Deutsche Wohnwerte GmbH & Co. KG on the harbor island, Heberger is planning a loosened-up building ensemble consisting of three free-standing office buildings and two adjoining parking garages under the provisional working title "OFSITE".
