The outer tip of the development is marked by a 75 meter high hotel tower, which will house a 4-star-plus business hotel of the Bremen-based ATLANTIC Group. The 62-meter-high office tower will be operated by DESIGN OFFICES from Nuremberg and offer innovative working environments. There will also be a building with inspiring work and design spaces.
Another building will house a large fitness and wellness area, stores and restaurants as well as an underground parking garage for tenants and a publicly accessible parking garage. The diverse quarter with its high urban quality will merge harmoniously with the park in the dunes planned by OPG.
