If you only want to cover a distance of 1,500 m in Offenbach, you can use the short-distance ticket. It is valid for adults and children aged 6 to 14 (inclusive). The short-distance tickets are available from the vending machines or directly on the bus from the driver.

The one-way ticket is available for adults and children aged 6 to 14 (inclusive). Children up to the age of 5 (inclusive) travel free of charge on RMV when accompanied by a person aged at least 6. With a one-way ticket, you can make one journey and change as often as you like in the direction of your destination - but only with the next possible connection. Return and round trips as well as interruptions to the journey, e.g. for errands, are not permitted. The purchase of a one-way ticket only entitles you to travel immediately. You can obtain this ticket from the ticket machines or directly from the driver on the bus.

Day tickets are valid on one calendar day from the time printed until the scheduled closing time or until the last service marked as a night service and can be used by all adults and children aged 6 to 14 (inclusive). These tickets are available from ticket machines, from the driver on the bus, from the mobility center, from advance booking offices or online. Please note that day tickets at price level 3 valid in Frankfurt do not entitle you to travel to Frankfurt Airport.

A day ticket is already worthwhile from 2 single journeys.

The group day ticket includes the same offer as the day ticket and entitles up to 5 people to any number of journeys on all RMV means of transport within the selected area of validity. You can obtain this ticket from ticket machines, from the driver on the bus, from the mobility center, from advance booking offices or online.

If you want to travel by bus & train more than three days a week, we recommend a weekly ticket. From the fourth day you travel in the Offenbach city area, you save around 15 percent on the fare compared to day tickets. This ticket is valid for seven consecutive days. You can obtain this ticket from ticket machines, at the mobility center, at advance booking offices or online. You can choose the start date yourself when purchasing via the mobility center, advance booking offices or online.

You also save money on the monthly travelcard from the fourth week that you travel by bus & rail. With the monthly travelcard, you can choose the first day of validity - except when buying at a ticket machine - and travel as often as you like by public transport in the selected and approved fare zones until the same calendar day of the following month (inclusive). You can obtain this ticket from ticket machines, at the mobility center, at advance booking offices or online.

If you travel a lot by bus & train and want to save money, then the RMV annual travelcard is just right for you, because with this travelcard you travel for 12 calendar months and only pay for ten. Annual travelcards are available as transferable or personal versions. Holders of a personal annual pass receive a mobility guarantee. Advantage: you can cancel your annual travelcard at any time.

The 65-plus cards are monthly tickets that are up to 40% cheaper than comparable RMV tickets - so it's worth getting started.

With the Seniorenticket Hessen, you can travel throughout the state for just one euro per day. The personal annual ticket for people aged 65 and over is valid on weekdays from 9 a.m. and all day on weekends and public holidays.

The student ticket can be used by all students and trainees who live in Hesse or whose school or training center is located in Hesse. Volunteers or people doing voluntary service can also use the ticket. It is valid throughout Hesse and some neighboring areas and costs 365 euros per year. Anyone who has received a full refund for their ticket to date will continue to pay nothing.
