From the market square to the town hall: eMobil station moved

The eMobil station at Offenbach's market square has moved: eMobil customers have been able to rent and return e-cars and pedelecs at the new station at Offenbach's town hall on the corner of Herrnstraße and Berliner Straße since July 30. Ten boxes are available there for pedelecs, while there are two parking spaces with charging infrastructure for cars.

Pedelecs and e-cars can be rented after registering on site at the terminal or via the eMobil app.

The first 30 minutes of each journey are free of charge

The reason for the station's relocation is the construction work on and around the market square. The new location is just as central as the old one on the market square: the entrance to the S-Bahn and the bus stop are just a few meters away and the station is right at the entrance to the pedestrian zone.

Thanks to the central location of the station, many eMobil customers benefit from the fact that the first 30 minutes of every ride on a pedelec are free of charge - because any other eMobil station can be easily reached in half an hour from the town hall.

eMobil is a partner of RMVsmiles

There is also good news for all those who travel a lot by bus and train in the Rhine-Main region: eMobil will be a partner in the RMVsmiles bonus program from 1 August 2021 and 1,000 Smiles can be exchanged for an eMobil credit of five euros. With this credit, eMobil customers can travel for up to 35 minutes with the e-cars or 110 minutes with the pedelec (including the 30 free minutes).
