Cycle tour: electric vehicle on the climate route
Headwinds or inclines are no longer an issue with such a bike. If you would like to test how comfortable it is to ride a pedelec, you have a special opportunity to do so on August 22, August 27 or September 6.
Together with Offenbacher Stadtinformation Gesellschaft (OSG), the mobility division of the Stadtwerke Offenbach Group (SOH) has organized an attractive bike tour.
On the three dates from 10 a.m. to around 2 p.m., pedelecs from the eMobil station on the market square will take you along the Offenbach climate route with its four stations along the Main to Rumpenheim Castle and on to the regional park circular route to the weather park on the Buchhügel with its attractive visitor center.
Participants will experience how fascinating it is to travel by electric vehicle and learn lots of new things about climate change and weather phenomena. The pedelec summer tour leads back to the market square via Offenbach's green ring.
The pure riding time is one and a half hours. Sufficient breaks are provided. Participation including pedelec rental costs 13 euros per person. Registration at the OF InfoCenter, Salzgässchen 1, telephone 069 / 8065-2052.
Regardless of this summer tour, being electrically mobile on a pedelec or taking an e-car into the countryside is simply fun. If you want to try it out, hire a pedelec or e-car yourself at the eMobil station.
