Passengers can rate journeys on city buses

22.09.2025 – In future, passengers will have the opportunity to rate their journey on one of Stadtwerke Offenbach's city buses online. Over the next few days, stickers with QR codes will be placed on the buses, which will lead to the rating page. Passengers will be able to give feedback with just a few clicks.

Passengers can give an overall rating by awarding one to five stars. In addition, the categories "punctuality", "driving style" and "friendliness" as well as the cleanliness of the vehicle can be rated. There is an optional free text field for further comments.

"We have been conducting regular passenger surveys for some time now and use the results to further develop the city bus service in line with demand. Now we are also creating a direct and low-threshold feedback channel: Every passenger has the opportunity to tell us how satisfied he or she was via the online form after every journey," says Anja Georgi, Managing Director in the Stadtwerke's Geschäftsfeld Mobilität division. "The more specific the criticism is, the better we can respond to it. Our drivers are also happy to receive positive feedback if passengers were satisfied."

In the online form, passengers should state the line they are traveling on, the direction and time of travel as well as the boarding and alighting stops. In this way, information can be assigned and those responsible can follow it up. The evaluation is anonymous, but passengers can voluntarily provide a telephone number or e-mail address for queries.
