Inside Mobility - What happens behind the scenes
In the control center and the bus workshop, colleagues do their best every day to keep city bus services running. Over the next few weeks, we will gradually be publishing short videos on this page that offer a look behind the scenes.
Control center
The control center is staffed around the clock, seven days a week. If a problem arises on the city bus routes, the staff in the control center will find a solution: they always know exactly where which bus is, whether a bus is delayed and who is driving the bus. They reroute the buses in the event of sudden road closures, for example, and are the first point of contact for the drivers if a bus is involved in an accident or breaks down.

Bus workshop
The colleagues in the Stadtwerke bus workshop take care of the maintenance and repair of the diesel and electric buses. They make sure that every bus is technically in perfect working order.
