RMV mobility center: passenger information, advice & ticket sales
RMV service hotline
Outside of our business hours, you can obtain mobility advice via the RMV hotline. You can call 069 / 24 24 80 24 to find out about fares, timetables and connections on public transport throughout the network.
Sales / annual pass service
Lost and found office
Have you left something on one of our buses? Our drivers bring all items they find on the bus at the end of the journey to our lost and found office.
Items that are not collected by us are taken to the lost and found office of the city of Offenbach (opens in a new tab). They are kept there for six months.
