    New green places invite you to linger

    The burial culture is changing: urn burials are becoming more common instead of burials in the ground, creating free spaces in cemeteries. This offers the opportunity to develop cemeteries into green oases.

    Funeral hall to be modernized

    The funeral hall at the New Cemetery is being extensively renovated and modernized. In the meantime, funeral services are being held in a lightweight hall on a central square in the cemetery.

    From doctor to linguist

    The linguist Karl Ferdinand Becker was born on the Moselle exactly 250 years ago. The pedagogue and his family are buried in the Old Cemetery in Offenbach.

November through February:
Monday-Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Saturday, Sunday and public holidays: 8.00 a.m. - 5.00 p.m.

March and October:
Monday-Friday: 7.00 a.m. - 6.00 p.m.
Saturday, Sunday and public holidays: 8.00 a.m. - 6.00 p.m.

April to September:
Monday-Friday: 7.00 a.m. - 8.00 p.m.
Saturday, Sunday and public holidays: 7.00 a.m. - 8.00 p.m.
