New perennials for Mühlheimer Strasse
25.11.2024 – Stadtwerke Offenbach's Stadtservice has now planted new plants on two further sections of the central reservation on Mühlheimer Straße. They complement the existing beds in the middle of Offenbach's main traffic artery, which have already received a lot of positive feedback from the public.
Now is a good time to plant the new perennials. When they start to bloom in spring, depending on the species, they are not only a beautiful sight for the many commuters on the route before and after work, they also provide food for bees and other insects throughout the warm season. Here, two gardeners from the greenery department are planting new perennials near the junction of Brockmannstrasse and Kettelerstrasse after the sewer construction site of the Stadtservice's drainage department was dismantled here.
