New service offered by Stadtservice in Salzgässchen
21.01.2025 – Citizens will soon have a direct contact person again at the Stadtservice of the Stadtwerke in the city center: From Tuesday, January 21, the quality assurance of the Stadtservice of the Stadtwerke will offer consultation hours in the Infocenter Salzgässchen. The contact persons will be available on Tuesdays from 2 to 5.30 pm.
On the one hand, they accept suggestions, but also answer questions relating to all operational Stadtservice tasks such as road maintenance, green maintenance and sewer construction as well as resource and waste advice. However, they are not able to answer questions relating to fee notices; these should be addressed to the specialist department. Yellow bags will be available every day at the Salzgässchen information center.
"I am delighted that a contact point for citizens is now being set up in a central location," says City Treasurer and responsible department head Martin Wilhelm. "The people of Offenbach have a great interest in keeping their city clean. This is best achieved when open questions can be clarified directly in conversation."
Regular information events planned
Regular information events on the operational tasks of Stadtservice are also planned. These will be announced in good time on the information screen in Salzgässchen, on the Stadtwerke website and in the press.
