Town hall parking garage

The Rathaus multi-storey parking lot offers central parking options for visits to the authorities or errands in the city center: It is located directly below the town hall and has direct access to the Rathaus Plaza shopping center as well as an exit onto Aliceplatz, where stores and cafés are located. The Frankfurter Straße shopping street is just a two-minute walk away.

The town hall parking garage has 116 parking spaces, of which around 35 are available for short-term parkers. The remaining parking spaces are reserved for employees of the town hall. A monitor at the entrance to the parking garage shows how many short-term parking spaces are still available.

There are no long-term parking spaces in the Rathaus parking garage. The maximum parking time is seven days at a time.

When entering the parking garage, drivers must take a ticket and their vehicle's license plate number is scanned at the same time. Payment at the machine is then possible either with the parking ticket or by entering the license plate number. Additional charges due to a lost ticket can thus be avoided.

Payment at the machine can be made in cash or by card.

Alternatively, drivers can also pay using the "EasyPark" or "Mercedes me" apps.
