The corporate culture of Stadtwerke Offenbach Holding GmbH and its companies is characterized by appreciative and respectful interaction with one another and responsible action towards fellow human beings and the environment.

The basis for this is compliant and law-abiding behavior within the company. We have already set up a comprehensive compliance management system for this purpose. One component of this is our declaration of principles, in which we describe our strategy for complying with human rights and environmental due diligence obligations within the company and in our supply chains. To ensure that our business partners also adhere to the highest standards in terms of human rights, working conditions and environmental protection, we have drawn up a Business Partner Code and General Terms and Conditions of Purchase.

We have also established a binding and transparent whistleblowing procedure. Within the procedure, whistleblowers, such as employees and third parties, can report breaches of rules confidentially without fear of reprisals. For example, cases of corruption and discrimination or violations of human rights and environmental concerns can be reported, including in accordance with the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act.

Two reporting offices have been set up for this purpose to receive reports. The ombudspersons are neutral, independent and sworn to secrecy.
