New Panattoni Park is being built in the Bieber-Waldhof industrial estate

Panattoni, a developer of industrial, logistics and commercial real estate, is building Panattoni Park Offenbach on the site of the former Alfred Clouth Lackfabrik GmbH & Co. From 2026, a modern business park with two buildings and a total of around 10,600 square meters of rental space will be built there. Lord Mayor Dr. Felix Schwenke emphasizes: "The demise of Lackfabrik Clouth was a bitter moment for Offenbach. It was now important for the citizens to quickly find a qualitatively sensible subsequent use. With the development of Panattoni Park, we immediately found a viable and future-oriented solution for the site. This fits in with our strategy of preserving commercial and industrial space in Offenbach. Panattoni stands for quality, so that there will be no long vacancies on this site."
