Commercial and industrial areas in Offenbach
The city of Offenbach pursues an active land policy in the center of the Rhine-Main region.

Kaiserlei location
The large commercial and industrial areas are attractively located directly on the edge of the city center and along the federal highways 43 and 448: the Kaiserlei commercial area is located in the northwest, directly on the border with Frankfurt.
This area has become Offenbach's top office location in recent decades. Most investments in the office services segment are manifested here.
Large companies such as Siemens AG Power Generation, Honeywell GmbH, the German and European headquarters of Hyundai Motor GmbH, Landesversicherungsanstalt Hessen, Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen and the German Weather Service can be found here, as well as hotels, restaurants, retail outlets and household and business-related services.
The area is optimally connected to the highway network (A 661, Kaiserlei junction) and the local public transport system (Kaiserlei S-Bahn station, bus routes).
Location Offenbach harbor
Adjacent to the north is the almost 30-hectare port area. After one hundred years of use as an inland port, it is experiencing a renaissance under the new name "Projekt Hafen Offenbach" as an integrated residential and service location and thus as a new district, so to speak.
Hafen Offenbach offers companies such as the building materials dealer STARK Deutschland GmbH or the law firm HaackSchubert Partnergesellschaft mbH a suitable location in the middle of the port area. In addition to a port center, numerous restaurants and cafés ensure optimal local supply.
Like the Kaiserlei, the site is located directly on the A 661 and the S-Bahn line and therefore has excellent transport links.
Location Sprendlinger Landstraße
The Sprendlinger Landstraße industrial and commercial area is located to the southwest of the city center. Also equipped with a highway connection (A 661, AS Taunusring and A 3, AS Offenbach-Süd) and bus routes, it offers an ideal location for logistics companies, conveyor technology companies, research and testing facilities as well as publishing houses.> Numerous retail businesses as well as hotels and leisure facilities round off the area's services.
Location Odenwaldring / Spessartring
The Odenwaldring/Spessartring/Waldstraße/Senefelderstraße industrial and commercial area borders the southern edge of the city center. Its central location in the urban area, the connection to the A 661 through its direct location on the B43 federal highway and to the city center through numerous bus lines are ideal location conditions for this area for the existing large-scale retail trade (specialist retail center, many car and furniture stores), but also for craft businesses and business-related services.
Location Siemensstraße / Daimlerstraße / Bierbrauerweg
Continuing east along the B43 federal highway, the Siemensstrasse/Daimlerstrasse/Bierbrauerweg industrial and commercial area opens up. Located directly at the central S-Bahn junction Ostbahnhof and on the B43 and B448 (via Bieberer Strasse), this industrial and commercial area is characterized by its small-scale development potential.
It is mainly home to business and household-related services as well as research and testing facilities.
Mühlheimer Straße location
The Mühlheimer Straße industrial and commercial area, which is certainly the largest industrial and commercial area in Offenbach, is located east of the city center on the B43 federal highway in the direction of Mühlheim/Haunau. Over 100 companies from the chemical, vehicle and body construction, mechanical engineering, retail and business-oriented services sectors are located here.
These include renowned names such as GKN Driveline Deutschland GmbH, MAN Roland Druckmaschinen AG, Peter Herdt & Söhne GmbH, Schramm Coatings GmbH and Vibra Maschinenfabrik Schultheis GmbH.
Bieber-Waldhof location
The Bieber-Waldhof industrial and commercial area has an excellent location, particularly in terms of transport links to the south-eastern region of Offenbach. The A3 autobahn can be reached in just a few minutes and the city center is only a short ride away via its own S-Bahn stop.
Danfoss Interservices GmbH, Honda R&D Europe, Montblanc Leather GmbH and Dematic GmbH are just some of the names of the companies based here.
