Now that the traffic development has been completed, it is the right time to jointly develop the Kaiserlei district into a "premium location in the Rhine-Main metropolitan region".
The prerequisites for this are in place: the location in the middle of the metropolitan region, directly on the Main River and the DE-CIX Internet hub, with optimal regional and international transport links to the highway, public transport and airport or the planned park at Nordkap.
In addition, there is the already existing, renowned neighborhood in the shadow of the ECB: Hyundai Motor Europe and Germany, Genesis Motor Europe and Germany, Honeywell, Helaba - Landesbank Hessen Thüringen, Fuji Electric Europe, AXA, Creditplus, Danfoss Germany, Adacor Hosting and ITSG.
The German Weather Service has set up its campus here, the snack manufacturer Lorenz has established its new headquarters with development department, the network service provider Pan Dacom is planning its new company headquarters next door and BYD Auto will be running its German business from the Kaiserlei district from 2026.
