Whether you want to try out your creative business idea or store for great local labels: Testraum - the urban concept store in the heart of Offenbach - is the right place for you. Extended until the end of 2027!
What is the test room?
The test space is a centrally located retail space at Grosse Marktstrasse 39 in Offenbach (opposite the KOMM Center), which has been leased by the city until the end of 2027. Companies, start-ups and business founders from various sectors have the opportunity to try out their store concepts here temporarily and test whether the location is right for them. And if their application is successful, the rent is free of charge! Offenbach's city center and all shoppers will also benefit from this: there is a new address for unique products in Offenbach!

At the warm-up weekender, many local brands gave us a taste of what awaits you in the test room. These great brands were present at the warm-up weekend:

On February 6, 2025, we celebrated the soft opening - with many guests and citizens from the city, business and retail sectors. It's great when everyone comes together: To celebrate and to make a difference together.
