Information on

Judo, which means "the gentle way" or "the way of yielding", is a Japanese martial art. Typical of Jodu techniques is the use of the opponent's movement and strength.
However, "the gentle way" also involves acting responsibly towards all training partners and not treating them as mere training objects. In this way, everyone can derive the greatest possible benefit from the training for personal and not just technical development.

Ju-Jutsu is a relatively young and modern self-defense sport. It originally aimed to develop and teach very effective techniques for police work. For this reason, Ju-Jutsu combines techniques from many different martial arts, including Judo, Karate and Aikido.

At the Samurais in Offenbach, it is a matter of course - from children's training to the national league team - to teach the judo values of politeness, respect, tolerance and helpfulness and also to live them outside the hall. Conflicts can be resolved and friendships should last - the gentle way!
