Pro Familia, Offenbach local association

pro familia, Deutsche Gesellschaft für Familienplanung, Sexualädagogik e.V., is a non-profit, non-denominational and politically independent association and a member of the DPWV (Deutscher Paritätischer Wohlfahrtsverband). On an international level, we are affiliated to the IPPF (International Planned Parenthood Federation). Our counseling center in Offenbach has existed since 1970.

We are:

• a point of contact for girls and boys, women and men who have questions, need information, are looking for advice or need medical or psychological help.
• a state-approved counselling centre and are authorized to provide statutory pregnancy conflict counselling in accordance with Section 219 of the German Criminal Code (StGB)
• a team of qualified teachers, social workers, a doctor and an administrator. We complement each other in our counseling and medical expertise and ensure the quality of our work through regular supervision and further training.
