Debtor and insolvency counseling
We help:
- if you have lost track of your financial obligations
- if there are only reminders in your letterbox and the bailiff has announced his arrival.
- or your wages have been garnished
- if the bank is no longer paying out money due to a garnishment
- for questions about the garnishment protection account and increasing the garnishment-free amount
- the settlement of debts with and without insolvency proceedings.
We are a recognized debt counselling / insolvency counselling service (according to § 305 Insolvency Code) in Offenbach.
