Description
We care for people with psychological or mental disabilities, social difficulties or addictions. We help them to lead a self-determined life inside and outside their own four walls.
Our work is geared towards the needs and resources of our outpatient assisted living clients. We provide care and support, help them to cope with everyday life, assist them in dealing with the authorities, always have a sympathetic ear and offer advice on issues such as illnesses, conflicts, social skills and recovery approaches. In addition, we take care of help planning, the coordination of other support services and create space for encounters in our group offers.
