Cavus Bakery GmbH

The small bakery in the inner courtyard of Sandgasse is absolutely inconspicuous and, on closer inspection, it is just the "tip of the iceberg": croissants, rolls with and without grains, breads in all variations fill the shelves. No wonder, as the Cavus bakery's range consists of almost two thousand varieties of bread and baked goods. The six brothers employ sixty people, who work in three shifts and ship baked goods to the entire Rhine-Main region three times a day. The range in the store is therefore only a small part of the total production.
