In 1904, FREDENHAGEN moved from Waldstraße to Sprendlinger Landstraße in Offenbach with 200 employees at the time. In the 1920s, the focus shifted to the manufacture of conveyor systems for the automotive industry as well as hoists and elevators, which were produced there until 2009.
FREDENHAGEN has been one of the extraordinary event locations of spaces mgt GmbH since 2015. FREDENHAGEN offers a unique ambience for events of all kinds - from product presentations and launch events to congresses, galas, summer parties and roadshows.

FREDENHAGEN comprises two historic industrial halls:

The central space is the Alte Stahlbau with approx. 3000 m2 - a spacious former production hall with impressive room depth, integrated heavy-duty cranes, large roller doors and visible installations that authentically preserve the industrial character. For larger concepts, the New Steel Construction area with approx. 1600 m2 (optionally separable) can be flexibly expanded. In combination with the spacious outdoor area including green space, this creates a wide range of possibilities for almost any event format for up to 5,000 guests.

For companies, event and concert agencies as well as stand builders, the hall with its patina and spacious outdoor area offers fantastic event conditions, a magnificent backdrop and plenty of creative space for events of all kinds:

From meetings, congresses and conferences to automotive and product presentations as well as employee events, trade fair events and evening events, events for up to 5,000 people can be held on the former industrial site.
The central location between Frankfurt and Offenbach, the immediate proximity to Frankfurt Airport and the direct highway connection make FREDENHAGEN an ideal event location. The journey is stress-free and uncomplicated. The Rhine-Main region also offers many attractive hotels in every price category.
The halls "Alter Stahlbau" with approx. 3,000 m² and "Neuer Stahlbau" with approx. 1,600 m² can be booked separately or together. FREDENHAGEN enables a wide variety of room combinations.
