FREDENHAGEN - ONE LIKE NO OTHER!

In 1904, FREDENHAGEN moved from Waldstraße to Sprendlinger Landstraße in Offenbach with 200 employees at the time. In the 1920s, the focus shifted to the manufacture of conveyor systems for the automotive industry as well as hoists and elevators, which were produced there until 2009.

For companies, event and concert agencies as well as stand builders, the hall, which is ennobled with a lot of patina, and the spacious outdoor area offer fantastic event conditions, a grandiose backdrop and plenty of creative freedom for events of all kinds:

• From meetings, congresses and conferences, automotive and product presentations and employee events to trade fairs and evening events, events for up to 5,000 people can be held on the former industrial site.
• The central location between Frankfurt and Offenbach, the immediate proximity to Frankfurt Airport and the direct highway connection make FREDENHAGEN an ideal event location. The journey is stress-free and uncomplicated. The Rhine-Main region also offers many attractive hotels in every price category.
• Due to its original use as an industrial plant and the impressive ceiling height of around 9 meters, you will find excellent infrastructural conditions for setting up and dismantling your event: Exhibition stands, event technology, large event props, cars and other event material can easily enter the hall through large roller doors. Three lifting cranes, each with a lifting capacity of 8,000 kilograms, help with effortless set-up.
• The halls "Alter Stahlbau" with approx. 3,000 m² and "Neuer Stahlbau" with approx. 1,600 m² can be booked separately or together. FREDENHAGEN enables a wide variety of room combinations.
