GUNTHER GC

The exhibition includes photographs with a focus on "people" in various forms: From dance and model to street and nude photography.

In 2022, a photo project with dancers from the Iwanson International School of Contemporary Dance, Munich (choreography: Minka Marie Heiß, title: (mas)sacre du printemps) took place. The images are a tribute to the performance of the dancers and the choreographer and show a personal and direct view of the dance and the dancers.

Furthermore, street photography from New York, Vienna, Prague and Offenbach, among other places, as well as images from various photo projects will be shown.

The aim of Gunther GC's photography is to work out the personality and individuality of the photographed person, even beyond the usual (beauty) ideals. The process of photography is therefore always a joint journey with the model in order to reflect a representation of the body (or details) in connection with the corresponding person in various facets.
