Woodlands, reflections, paradises

Fantastic worlds are once again the overarching theme of the three protagonists Adrian Bischoff, René Spalek and Renata Kos at the Eisfabrik this year. Each of them invents and creates new pictorial spaces. Bischoff experiments with found motifs from the forest. He takes fragments, mirrors them and puts them together to create new forms. Spalek also deals with reflections. He continues his "pure reflections" series with new motifs and moves closer. Nature in its superimpositions appears more abstract in the new photographs, the images more intense. Kos playfully composes botanical plants and animal images into a new cosmos in her collages. The result is imaginative, atmospherically dense gardens of paradise that are enchanting.
