Stumbling stone for Elisabeth and Richard Baum

Elisabeth Baum was born on February 10, 1887. Her maiden name was Isaak and she was a sister of Florentine Andorn and was married to Richard Baum, born on November 16, 1873. In May 1939, they both moved into the Andorn family home at Mittelseestr. 34.
Little is known about the couple's life. They were taken from Offenbach via Darmstadt to Theresienstadt on September 27, 1942 at the same time as other Jews from neighboring houses and the city. They were 55 and 58 years old.
The date of death for Richard Baum was later set as January 26, 1943 and for Elisabeth Baum as May 8, 1945.
