Playground Tempelsee-Anlage

Beschreibung

The focus of this playground in the Tempelsee complex is on free and imaginative play - there is only a limited amount of equipment.

The central, connecting and structuring element is a meandering earth modelling of 1.30 m to 1.80 m in height. The hill forms a sequence of spatial niches that are filled with individual play features. Climbing and sand play opportunities for children up to the age of 10 form the western prelude: a boulder wall with boulders, a forest of robinia trunks and ropes as well as a sand excavator enable sand, climbing and role-playing games.

This is followed by a play tunnel and a "climbing canyon", both of which lead under the earth wall and, in addition to climbing skills, enable exciting role play.

The eastern end is a streetball court for older children. The court is made of colored concrete and is equipped with only one basket, in keeping with streetball habits.
