Mission statement
All residents of the housing project are responsible for a community of solidarity that stands up for each other. We expect everyone to contribute to the community with their own skills and experience and to be prepared to help each other if necessary within the scope of their abilities. A reliable neighborhood enables self-determination and independence, respects privacy through a balanced relationship between closeness and distance. Openness and a willingness to talk to neighbors enrich everyday life and enable joint activities in the private sphere as well as in the entire residential area.
