Description
The Frankfurt/Rhine-Main outpatient children's hospice service accompanies and supports children and young people with life-shortening illnesses and their families.
Tasks of the outpatient children's hospice service:
- Life support for the entire family at home
- End-of-life care
- Grief counseling
- Counseling sessions
- Support for self-help Trained volunteer companions support and accompany the entire family from the time of diagnosis, during dying and after death.
