On October 9, 2008, various professional groups such as charities, hospice services, nursing services, church representatives, doctors, representatives of hospitals in the city and district of Offenbach and numerous private initiators came together and founded the Palliative Network City and District of Offenbach. We are all committed to ensuring that every seriously ill person can die with dignity, whether at home, in hospital or in a hospice. Together, we strive to provide patients and relatives with the necessary medical care and human support that is required in the care and end-of-life care of their loved ones.

Monday 08 am to 1 pm and 4 pm to 6.30 pm; Tuesday 08 am to 1 pm; 3 pm to 5.30 pm; Wednesday 08 am to 1 pm and 3 pm to 5.30 pm; Thursday 08 am to 1 pm; Friday 08 am to 1 pm.
