FzOF time-out project - care group for people with dementia

On Tuesdays and Thursdays, care for people with dementia is offered for three hours in small groups. A trained volunteer team organizes the afternoons in the neighbourhood hall of the multi-generation apartment building at Weikertsblochstraße 58, where people laugh, play, sing and talk about the past.

Caring relatives can use the offer as a relief from an often stressful everyday care routine.

AusZeit is recognized by the care insurance companies as a so-called "low-threshold offer" and costs can be covered by the care insurance company. A transport service can also be used if required.
