Our high-quality studio apartments with fully equipped kitchens are ideal for short-term and long-term stays - whether for business travelers, project workers, international guests or private stays.

We offer five apartment categories that guarantee maximum living comfort:

• Single Studio Apartment - approx. 21 m², for 1 person

• Comfort Studio Apartment - approx. 23 m², for 1-2 people

• Deluxe Studio Apartment - approx. 26 m², for 1-2 persons

• Premium Studio Apartment - approx. 30 m², for 1-2 persons

• Black Suite Apartment - approx. 40 m², for 1-2 persons

Many of our apartments have private balconies or spacious terraces that invite you to relax. Our guests also have access to a large communal terrace and a modern working area space - perfect for working or catching up in a quiet atmosphere.

Long-term stays & registration
For longer stays, we offer attractive monthly rates that are significantly cheaper than traditional hotel stays. All additional costs - including electricity, water, heating, waste disposal, intermediate cleaning and concierge service - are already included in the price.
Guests have the option of registering directly with us. In this context, we issue a landlord's confirmation of residence, which is required for official registration with the residents' registration office. On request, our guests also receive their own letterbox and personal doorbell.

Parking facilities
Free parking spaces are available in front of our serviced apartment building. We also offer underground parking spaces for a fee.
