The aim of our educational work is a resource-oriented and situation-based approach that understands the daycare center as a place that provides space for children to develop and flourish.

These processes and developmental steps are guided and accompanied in the best possible way on the basis of the Hessian education and upbringing plan and our educational framework concept.

We create spaces for language, discovery, learning and self-realization within an age-appropriate framework.

It is important to us to make it clear that we see ourselves as a catalyst for education and development, meaning that we want to provide the best possible conditions for children's development, but that the children themselves decide at their own pace and according to their needs when they take their individual educational and developmental steps.

Children are experts in their own world and we should treat them accordingly and trust them to do so.
