Mainviertel Offenbach GmbH & Co. KG is part of the Stadtwerke Offenbach Group's Geschäftsfeld Immobilien division and, as a wholly-owned subsidiary of SOH, is entrusted with the implementation of the Hafen Offenbach project. The development of the port area is of great importance for the city of Offenbach and the region. In October 2011, the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB) awarded the project the (pre)certificate in gold in the category "New Urban Quarter". Among other things, it impresses with its careful use of space, the variety of uses and the connection to existing neighborhoods.
