GBM Service GmbH Offenbach

GBM Service GmbH Offenbach is responsible for the structural, technical, infrastructural and commercial facility management of around 100 properties owned by the city of Offenbach. These include all of the city's schools and daycare centers, nine youth centers, six senior citizens' centers and 17 administrative buildings. GBM manages these properties in the areas of facility management, warranty and energy management, media supply and disposal for buildings, ancillary property cost accounting, maintenance including repair of all structural and technical facilities, building cleaning, green and outdoor facility maintenance including winter services, security services and all services relating to municipal facilities such as janitor, groundskeeper and messenger services. The company is also responsible for playground inspection and repair of a total of 272 playgrounds, 90 of which are public facilities, 18 at daycare centers and 26 at schools in the city. GBM also looks after Offenbach's 19 sports facilities.
