MainArbeit Municipal Job Center Offenbach

Overview

MainArbeit. Kommunales Jobcenter Offenbach is an in-house operation of the City of Offenbach and is responsible for all tasks of the Second Book of the German Social Code (SGB II) for which the city is responsible as an approved municipal provider of SGB II.

If you live in Offenbach and want to apply for or receive unemployment benefit II, then we are responsible for you.

Our special teams

There are special teams for young people, young adults under 25 and single parents.

Rules for calls to caseworkers for cash benefits (benefit teams)

Fixed times apply for calls to the cash benefit caseworkers: Monday - Friday: 10:00 to 11:00.
Calls on urgent matters are taken during these times. To ensure undisturbed processing of benefit applications and mail relating to benefit matters, no calls will be taken directly to the caseworkers outside these times. MainArbeit customers can of course still call the Jobcenter's telephone service center on 80 65 - 81 00 during the usual office hours and communicate by post or e-mail at any time.
