Transition management
Overview
The "school-to-work transition management" is part of the Youth Welfare Office. The department focuses on creating individual paths for young people to enter the world of work and employment. To this end, transition management manages the wide range of measures and projects on offer, networks stakeholders, creates transparency and also carries out projects itself.
Current transition management projects:
- Application working group: support for young people in preparing application documents (CV, portfolio, cover letter)
- QUABB - Qualified training support: Support for trainees and companies with problems during training
- Zukunftsfabrik: Qualified support for newly immigrated young people
- AzubiConnet: Support for companies in their search for trainees
