Financial management
The Financial Management Stabsstelle manages (records, prepares and monitors) all of the Office's financial products in cooperation with the specialist departments. In particular, the planning and preparation of the Office's budget serves to ensure the timely provision of financial resources for the realization of the Office's diverse and complex construction projects.
Overview
In addition to recording the costs of the funds, the department's comprehensive tasks include regular monitoring, early proposals for changes and the coordination of financing options in dialog with the city's higher-level financial administration.
