The Representative Body for Severely DisabledEmployees is responsible for representing the interests of severely disabled employees in matters that affect several departments.

The Representative Body for Severely Disabled Employees represents the interests of severely disabled employees at the City of Offenbach am Main and provides them with advice and assistance. It promotes the integration of severely disabled employees and ensures that the applicable laws, regulations and service agreements in favor of severely disabled people are complied with. The legal basis for the work of the representative body for severely disabled employees is the German Social Code (SGB) IX. The city administration and daycare center departments each have an elected representative of severely disabled people responsible for their department.
