Staff Council City Administration
Overview
The Staff Council represents the interests of employees in the company on the basis of the Hessian Staff Representation Act (HPVG), provides them with advice and assistance and, in particular, ensures that the laws, regulations, collective agreements and internal service agreements applicable to employees are complied with. It has a right of co-determination in many social matters relating to employees and in individual personnel matters. It must also be involved in organizational and economic matters relating to the company.
