Street music
Overview
Musical performances do not require a permit in Offenbach.
However, according to § 17 of the Offenbach street regulations, the following points must be observed:
1) Singing or instruments may not be performed via amplification systems.
2) The performance may only be presented in one place for one hour. After that, the location must be changed so that the performance can no longer be heard at the original location.
3) No performance may take place at the same location for one hour.
