All children who arrive from abroad and are admitted to a school in Offenbach must take part in a school medical examination.

Overview

The examination appointments for this are arranged with the public health department via the elementary school or the state education authority.

This examination includes a sight and hearing test as well as a physical examination. Any necessary vaccinations will be pointed out.

If a comparable examination has already been carried out in another town, a new school medical examination is not necessary.
