Overview
Cultural life in Hessen is characterized by a diverse event culture. Concerts, readings, exhibitions and performances are part of the cultural diversity in Hessen.
The municipal guidelines determine how and where posters and event advertising may be displayed. These guidelines have 2 objectives: They are intended to meet the needs of cultural event organizers and to maintain but also improve the cityscape and streetscape.
The following must be observed:
- there are designated, permitted advertising spaces for event advertising on:
- lamp posts
- advertising pillars and billboards
- Large advertising boards at the entrances to the town
- The display of posters on public streets is subject to approval
- Permission is granted for specific posting or hanging points
- Posters may not be put up outside these approved advertising spaces
